Produced, developed, or served on the Tony Award-nominated Best Musical (The Great Comet), Academy Award-winning Best Picture (Spotlight), Academy Award-winning Best Picture (The Social Network), Multi-Golden Globe, Emmy Award-nominated series (American Horror Story) and (The Walking Dead), Multi-Emmy Award-nominated show (American Idol), and the highest-grossing British horror film of the last 20 years (The Woman in Black). On the producer team with Brad Pitt’s Plan B and writer Tony Kushner’s series, He Wanted the Moon, an Untitled feature film with Cross Creek Pictures, and an Untitled feature film with EP Paul Schrader. Sickmeier is producer, writer, and director to the Academy Award qualifying short film, Niagara Falls.

Sickmeier is the CEO of Meraki, an independent entertainment media company that creates, acquires, and produces content across multiple sectors. Content rooted in truth and soul expansion with a strong storytelling focus on females, diversity, or the unheard. 

Recently, Sickmeier produced the 3x Tony Award-nominated Broadway musical Lempicka with director Rachel Chavkin. Sickmeier is writer and producer to the feature film Stuck, an adapted screenplay from Gracie Award-winning showrunner, playwright, and screenwriter Jessica Goldberg and has brand partner Bring Change 2 Mind attached, a mental health organization owned by Glenn Close.
